Account registrations

We will be very happy to be of service to you. Registering your account will give you access to perks that are related to shopping volumes. We service the Greater Edmonton Area including farms and acreages. Happy shopping, and we hope to see you soon!

Order Quantities

We provide personal shopping services with home delivery and cannot fill the role of a wholesaler. We are unable to fill "single-item orders" with wholesale quantities and our service is focused on providing the fulfillment of normal household orders and quantities.

First Time Orders

Every client group has its own payment policy. All new accounts and first time orders are required to prepay before their order can be processed. The available payment options for new clients are e-transfer or bitcoin. We no longer accept pre-payment with PayPal because we have repeatedly been defrauded by people placing a claim after delivery had been completed, thus receiving all of the payment back and robbing us of our product and labor. Established customers receive additional payment options.

Order Cancellation and "nobody home on delivery" Policy

You may cancel an order only before assembly has begun, however you may reschedule delivery to another time slot if the situation requires it. By placing an order you agree that you will be home at the appointed time, and that you will hold us harmless and not responsible for the goods if we arrive to a "nobody home" situation with nobody to receive the order. In such case we will attempt to leave your order at the door, however we cannot be responsibility for lost or stolen product in such situations if a rescheduling has not occurred and been accepted before we began our delivery trip.

Effective pricing

Special prices expire at 1pm on the scheduled deal expiry day with the closing of the Free Home Delivery option for the day. All invoiced prices will reflect the price effective on the delivery day.

Pricing Groups

Your loyalty and support is our life blood, and we want to recognize and reward such loyalty. All registered customers will be assigned to a corresponding loyalty tier group which comes with its related perks. The higher the loyalty and purchase volume ranking, the better the perks assigned to the group.

Pricing errors

To err is human. On occasion an item may be displayed as $0.00 or otherwise seriously mispriced due to an upload error. We reserve the right to remove mispriced items from the order or give the option to replace the item with the proper pricing.

Product temporarily or permanently not available/Substitutions

As part of our commitment to providing the best customer service, and unless otherwise instructed, we will attempt to substitute an item you ordered which is not available with a comparable item, and adjust the final bill accordingly. Please advise at time of order if you would rather not have substitutions. If no comparable product is available the item will be shorted from the order.

Loyalty Reward Points

Various tier groups will receive Loyalty Reward Points as part of their group perks. These can be earned on specially marked items, on order totals, or both and may be redeemed up to a specified percentage of the value of the total order.

Credits & Refunds

Prepaid first time orders will receive any applicable refunds back via the original method of payment. In all other cases credit will be issued into your Loyalty Reward Points balance to be used on future orders. If applicable, the portion of PayPal fees is not refundable in any case, as PayPal does not refund us the fee on any funds returned to clients, even on entire order cancellations
